Warm mead

Warm mead
  1. Pour the mead into a teapot or similar, squeeze in a fresh orange and then add the orange to the pot. Season with gingerbread spice or "pepparkakskrydda"

  2. Heat to a maximum of 50°C (Higher heat than this unfortunatly kills off the honey)

  3. Serve in mulled wine glasses together with your favorite gingerbread
